Parker residents put on their lederhosen and grabbed their dachshunds for this year's Oktoberfest event from Sept. 17 through 19.
The event, put on by the local Council of Arts, Science & Culture, took place in the parking lot of O'Brien Park.
The traditional fall event featured Bavarian dancers, live music, games, beer, food and dachshund races.
Emily and Jason Hockney brought their 6-year-old daughter to the event from their home in Highlands Ranch.
“We love all of Parker's events,” Emily Hockney said.
The family all took turns throwing hatchets at a target at one of the vendor booths.
“We've always wanted to do it. We saw it and had to do it,” she said.
The event featured dozens of vendors including craft sellers, local businesses and military representatives.
